Pixel Joint Forum: [C+C] night lake scene

   So im working on another pixel scene, and its another night scene, trying to do a view of grass looking accross a lake into a night sky, this is what i have so far, trying to do all the colors myself rather than use a pallete

	Well, I think this is just a bit too big. The grass and distant land don't read, and it may be the scale that's holding you back there. Make it all smaller, and add small details to the mix, especially to convey depth. High-frequency detail is not really apparent in this image, and it might help in that respect. Keep pixeling!
