The pine come dragon takes a very 2 dimensional stance making it hard to pop.

The frog dragon is awesome you did great on that one.

Then the quality drops big with the mountain dragon. The mountain dragon aswell as the pine one lacks dimension I would suggest adding a color that eases towards purple for the parts of the dragon fares from the viewer. Also the lighting doesn't make sense some scales seem to be randomly lit up with no sense of light source. It is overpixelled at a resolution this low drawing every tiny scale is not only tedious but looks very irritating try to selectively draw scales in a fashion that still makes them read as scales yet uses minimal amounts of actually drawing scales. The top one I'll leave for now as it doesn't seem to be finished.

EDIT:
Why are you dithering on the highlights for his stomach. The effect isnt neccessary and is kinda off putting.

All in all you are doing well I hope you continue this it looks like good practice.
