Pixel Joint Forum: Panting Dog WIP

Spent about an hour or two on this. I'm fairly new to pixel art, so I know it's not amazing. I've already noticed some issues, particularly the pillow shading, but I've tried to fix them with no avail. Any feedback is appreciated!

P.S. Also, I posted this on Reddit a few days ago. I don't know the rules regarding posting art across different forums on this site, so if this is breaking some kind of rule, I will gladly remove this post.

	No rules broken, you're doing fine :) Yes indeed the pillow shading is a thing. Some times it helps to imagine the dog as large geometric shapes, draw those, and then figure out where light would reflect how... Like this Why is the head separated with a line from the dog? I'd imagine a panting dog also has a very very wiggly tail! Good luck, I'm looking forward to see your progress
