How to make is so the angles right...like so it looks so that they kinda face it other.

Also what shoud i do for a Background?

You want them to face each other? I'd move some of the tentacles into the front plane. Perhaps place the creature facing almost directly into the lady. Like a profile mug shot. Some tentacles going behind some going in front. You could also change the lightning of the lady. If the creature is the source of light, it would be immediately obvious that it is facing her.
