It's easy to work with odd shaped pixels in many drawing applications, here are some guides: Grafx2: Screen size > pixel size Photoshop: View > Pixel aspext ratio > Anamorphic (only works well with wide pixels) Aseprite: New > Advanced options > Pixel aspect ratio ProMotion: On the bottom of the canvas there is a button that says 1:1 (not the left one, the middle one). Click it. Or, in any software you can draw on a 1x canvas (100x50 or 50x100) and then scale it before you export. |
