It looks great!  It might benefit from having a consistent light source though.  I would think you were planning upper right, since your strongest highlights are from there, but you've got some strong ambience on the left that would suggest otherwise.  If you wanted a light source right in front of the subject's face, then it might be best to make symmetrical highlights.
Thats my only crit.  Good work otherwise! :D
