I've been working on this for a while, but got bored.  So, I need fresh eyes to look at it and give me a nice kick in the ass to finish it.

The steps are great to looks at. You melady are good.
The shapes are really good, especially the nose. Maybe the upper lid of her left eye is more rounded than the pic. Maybe its just darkening the area a bit. The 3rd frame on the bottom looks more like the pic in shading.

I really like this, the realism is great and the skin tones are spot on.

My one, slight dislike, is the shine on the iris (?) - generally, it seems fine, but it seems to trail off to the right, if you catch my drift.

The skin dithering is amazing. :) So smooth and flawless! The hair on the right doesn't seem to go with the picture though, it seems really scratchy and odd.
