trying to do a little absinthe bottle & Glass

having trouble with glass texture and shine.

Cool reflection so far!

Siif if you can';t find a midtone hue between the blue and the brown the bottls is brown so it would probably tint the blue reflection. Same with the glass. Great attention to the contours of the bottle too.

Basically you might try taking both colors red, green and blue vlaues adding them then deviding them by two.

Might not work well but it's worth a try. Also we will be able to see a second reflection on the inside of the glass.

The bottle is fantastic. The glass only looks poor because of my theme color. You may have to add your own in there or else work with transparent areas to blend into whatever BG color is used. I think you'll need to switch to greys if you do that...I think.

I think you should have a look at this peice by Bisque. She works really well with reflections on glass. :)

Snader has the more accurate model of the two. You need a secondary inner reflection

the biggest problem is you cant really show transparency because you dont know what the background will be =(
