you add at the beginning at the end for it to just show up and for the pic i think you should get a reference pic and then shade off of that try it it really works i used to be horrible and then i started doing that and im still horrible but just a little bit better but still improving :)

Theres a button at the top of the 'Post Reply' box, left of the abc button. Just click that and paste your link to it. You can do lots of stupid/fun stuff to the pic like this:

It's pretty simple really. Also, reduce the white space when uploading your pics, it looks neater!

His face seems out of proportion and more to the left. Also, his right ear is kinda' square compared to his left.
