	Hey there If you use Graphisc gale too... You should make the rain a different layer... Then just moce it vertically. Or make edits... but AFTER moving vertically.

	the lightning flashes rather slow, and the rain doesn't appear to move

	I agree, the rain is not moving enough to imply rain. Adding some lighting conditions during the flash would really help. A little blinking action would add even more life... ...in short, what they said. La lluvia no se mueve correcto. Luz segundaria en el flash se vera mejor y un poco the pesta˜nas cerrando
