Are you planning to keep the black outlines, or are you going to use softer shades? With the level of complexity and organic form, black lines are going to be hard to tame.

Ohhh looking good, I summarize its in starting stage so it has great potential.

Ok now for the critique.Anatomy is overall good but there are slight problems, if you tried him to be more mean looking look at mine, skeleton sort of. If not than the gun is very weirdly rotated, mainly that scope, magazine almost everything has weird perspective, I would redo it completely.His right arm is weird + his left arm,they look flat , that finger on the trigger is very long and flat, those bots look very small to me, legs are somewhat short compared to the rest of the body. Some parts are scribly, try to clean those lines up...and shading is not ok, first make those baselines up than start shading, otherwise you will have problems repairing the piece...happened many times to me...and the light source is not very defined, I cant figure out from where it is going.Coulours are fine, as I said earlier this has great potential so keep working on it.
