I have times for the first time with Pixel Art started before I ever Habbo pixelated graphics. Well, I like the Homer really. The Peter Griffin I like just a bit.

You dont need to dither skin. Dithering is also supposed to be used to give the impression of another color when the 2 colors you haveare too different. And right now, You dont even have enough contrast.

Drop the dithering, add some more contrast, and it will be way better.
