Hi guys, I recently started animating this sprite:
and ran in a lot of problems. This is what I have so far:
She limps slightly or looks shaky, I think I fail'd so much with this. Would you help me? :D
I tried to look at some references: none found (also installed Morrowind AND Oblivion to take a look at how the Khajiit moves, but, in Oblivion he's too much human like, in Morrowind he looks totally stupid).
Single frames:

You shouldn't see the back elbow, the front arm doesn't move that far either.
Overall, the animation looks a bit tame and gelatinous, you'd probably be better off with better defined joints.

I'm not a fan of how the closest arm moves -- she shouldn't change the direction of her hand when it reaches its forward-most position. Right now the arm has a very wavy motion -- try defining the elbow, and moving it according to that.
The further-away arm's backward swing needs to be lessened -- notice how far back the other arm goes in relation to the body, and then take in to account that it's a quarter view: the arm should barely show or be hidden in the backswing.
Very good, solid start.

Hi people. I worked a bit during this week.
Changed the arms and legs. I'm a bit disappointed with the front arm right now. What do you think?
Edit: made some progress.
I sort of slowed down the arm when it reaches far left and far right, and now I realize that the arm should bend when it's in the far left and should not when it's in the far right. I have to reverse the thing.

im pretty novice, but that looks cool! maybe add some flop to the ears later on down the road!
edit-cure: this topic's about two weeks old. maybe not quite necro-posting (though close), but a little further back than is common to respond to. just be conscious of this in the future.

Hi to everyone, forum people.
It's been a long time since I posted any update in this thread. Well, I made some progress recently:
What do you think? I'm about to start texturing it.

i think u should aslo make the back of his head (ears, 'cheekhairstuff') move a little,
maybe some more mpovement for the snout too

I agree with Onek, a little more movement in the hair of the head will show that movememnt of air is present.

Im sorry if somebody sayd it before, but I dont really like him jerking up-down so fast. It would help to make him go up n down smoothly over more frames. It would also be anatomicaly more realistic. Just my 2c ;)

Hi! Please, help me out! :'(
I'm very near to the end of this animation but I can't seem to make the tail move properly.
Here my two attempts that are not crap but something similar:

Any help?
