So I really wanted to make something really small unlike most of my pixels. So I ended up with this. Need some help with the fine details... not used to these types of restrictions. Hate her mouth... dont know what to do about that though.

 Fixed her lips, edited her hair and shell bra and a few other details.

 A- Your original post image B- To avoid her looking like Carrot Girl consider adding one or two blue or purple shades C- Like real life: The bigger the boobs the less you notice the face ;) D- For real flugly girls E- Since you show no water consider making the hair 'floating'. Now its heavy looking. F- The fin could use a little back tip. E: @ All girls, D is a joke, k. ------------- |

For a face this small, I find it more effective to keep it simple. Just a couple pixels can make a big difference on a face this small. I reshaped her jaw a bit as well. In my edit I also added a lot more contrast on the hair behind her head. I think it makes the body stand out more.  I also agree with jalonso's ideas. ------------- |

Still not reading. Try red/purple/orange heart (in hair) And the colors the heart has now on the bra. (boobs could be 1 px bigger in diameter so they read clearly too. ...looking good otherwise :) ------------- |

When a piece gets little or no reaction its not always a bad thing. If there is nothing to C+C what can be said... I don't mind the creepy eyes (they truly are scary). Me thinks lucas is correct that some white in the eyes is needed. To me the only thing I can crit is the bow on her hair doesn't look grounded enough and is just sitting over her hair. More shadow behind the bow could help that. ------------- |

Well I understand that there is naturally a white then an iris but I like to draw eyes that way but it's not big deal.
 so lil edit to the eyes and the bows shadow.
