I've been working on this iso piece for a few days now and putting some finishing touches on it, and I'd like to add some people to make it more lively. I've done large iso people before, but I can't seem to understand how to do small ones. Mine just look like. . . stacks of pixels. I think the people for this piece would be 5 pixels high. It might be easy and I'll be embarrassed but whatever!
(Just so's you know, I am putting in much more vegetation and stone details on the building, I know it looks lonely with those stumpy little trees!) |

I like design of the building, but have poor contrast and colours ... need more details and work over many parts ... I just show 1 very fast rework. Here I keep colour idea and number of colours, but use them in a bit different way. 2 colours from sunny parts of the roof and 1 to add details like cracks or maybe can make some interesting ... that is my idea. For parts in the shadow must be the same, but with another 3 colours. Also look at the windows, door, pillar ets., they need more work.  About peoples maybe 6 px because will be easy to show legs hands and head. Just look at the door near to the people. maybe 1-2px need more, because this is small door for back entrance maybe. Your statues are compatible with 6px peoples. |
