Hi guys, I'm from Brazil and I'm kinda new here (pixeljoint's forum).

Well, I've done a pixel-art called "Iron man" but I have not posted until now. I'd like some tips and know your opinion about it. Check it out: http://www.iaza.com/work/110524C/iaza17047896460100.png - (I don't know how to put a image here so see on this link)

Something's really disturbing me I don't know if it's colors, hope you guys give me some tips, thank's.

PS: If I've done something wrong here please tell me because I'm new here =D

Here's how to post images here :)

The ironman head looks good, but here's a few ideas I have-

1. There's a lot of banding here. That's when you have solid bands of color pressed up against each other. Sometimes that can make the "apparent resolution" look less fine. Try avoiding solid bands of color next to each other like this-

2 & 3. There's a lot of areas that aren't symmetrical. You don't have to always make both sides of a face even with each other, but in this case it's a mechanical face that's looking straight at the viewer so both sides of the face should be like mirror images of each other. Here's what it looks like with the left and right sides as mirror images of each other-

4. The colors you're using here are a little bit green, but I think they should be more yellow/gold like this reference- http://www.odditycentral.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/08/iron_man.jpg - link

I guess that site changes image addresses to prevent direct linking. It was the first photo here that I had linked to before- http://www.odditycentral.com/pics/you-too-can-be-ironman.html - link

Add [*img] at the beginning and [*/img] at the end of your link (without the *) and you'll have this:

I think the colors are better, but now they are too dark.

Its better but maybe the colors are not so exiting and dynamic.
The banding is acceptable but try to teach yourself to eliminate as much as possible always.

*You are going good and you certainly try hard. I've noticed this from you. You do not need to explain yourself and apologize for being new, for being from Brasil or anything else. Just keep practicing and improving ;) *

Click image to zoom and look at stuff in detail on the pixel level

original
banding - these are areas where you have a lot of banding and banding almost always looks ugly. Especially this much. Sometimes you can't get rid of all banding. You only have to try to get rid of the most possible (cure's tutorial explains this more, in the resource section)
crazy pixels - bad color choices or pixels that stand out in a bad way
color family - while you have chosen red and yellow colors the base of these shades are more brown and green so overall it looks dull or dirty
better colors - not really for IronMan, but just hoping to show you vibrant shades and colors closer to reds and yellows
your lineart + my lineart - notice some areas of your lineart have dirty and ugly lines, especially in the eye and mouth curves. This stuff is also in the resource section maybe the n00btorial thread(?)
my edit - maybe not what you would do but its there for comparison.

so...you're almost finished :p

This is up to you, you are the artist. Do not follow my edit as I was mainly trying to show the banding areas and the ugly linearts sections in your original. I do however think your colors need some adjustments even if not as saturated and bright as the ones I picked, ok.
