Please don't link the images.
There's already a zoom function when clicking them.

Sorry I'm a little bit tired, so here's some stuff in point form.

Drowzee:
Jaggies in a few places.
You shaded Drowzee like he's a beveled disc.
The contrast of the tone to the base color on his torso is pretty weak.
The contrast of the highlight to the base color on his legs is pretty weak.
The black lines are too strong against the other colors.
Try either omitting them or changing them to an appropriate color.
One hand is small and the other hand is big.
Black outline is broken around the crotch area.
Weird colors in various places around the outline, like above the head.

Well I am new to AA , so the weird outlines near the black outlines may be the reason behind it. Also, can u explain me in a better way about the shading?

Thanks

I like to think of AA like this.  Whatever color you want to AA to, you want to try to make a color that will "melt" into the background color.  To make a black line melt into a medium blue, you would simply take that blue color, and make it a little darker, so it serves as an intermediary between the black and blue, thus capable of smoothing out spots.  I did a little cleaning up and just fixed the AA slightly.  Also just some color changes, reductions, etc.

Okay so AA was the only problem in the piece? I wanted to post on PJ gallery but you already fixed my piece so I need permission can I fix that piece myself and post?

Well no, I changed more than the AA. I also changed the colors a bit and made both pokedex's the same. The piece is still far from perfect- I didn't AA well, plus what chrisbutton mentioned earlier. I do give you full permission to take my edited version, but I would highly suggest you continue to improve it further before submitting. You have some places that aren't colored in at all which should definitely be filled in. Also, the metal buttons could look a lot more metallic etc. Good luck, and keep asking questions if you have them

Also: the blue backgrounds still aren't exactly the same.
I think you only need to have one Pokedex for this though.  You can make an animation where you scroll with the button to the next pokemon
