Hi, I am trying to create a picture wars army and would like some help on the spriting aspect of it. Could somebody please give me some pointers at what I'm doing right and wrong?

| sprites are blocky and stiff. even at this small of a resolution you can make more organic shapes, that more closely resemble the anatomy they're meant to represent. adding shading would help define the volumes of the figures, using light and dark pixel clusters to 'sculpt' more naturalistic forms |
