Hello once again the great PJ community! I have come here with another piece, Tobi from the great anime show Naruto.
Please help me make it better ;)

Tried to overcome jaggies. In first pic I used the sel-outs to remove jaggies. And, in second, I used the method Jinn uses mostly called dithering. Thanks in advance. |
