the shading on the girl doesnt work at all.
it just looks like random patches of color and isnt defining an volume at all. set ur lightsource, for instance, on the right side... try to 'feel' ur volumes and sculpt them with light and shadow... highlights facing towards the light, shadows away... i dont get wats going on with the face... the circly thingy is the nose? that line under it the mouth? i looks kinda awkward as is... also the arms look like they are cut off the should be at least three time longer... maybe she got them behind her back, but still it doesnt work... quick edit
