The siren should contrast maybe as a bright yellow or white I added some white, but a sharp edge blade of light like a propeller could look more like a siren at night even in a day scene. A light sky blue background with empty room to the right or left could help perspective. So basically make it a widescreen and it might be easier to get a perspective. I added some simple clouds. Maybe you could add a thin smoke trail.
I was not sure if you were working on a scene or single object, so I went with a scene idea.
