Hi,
I started doodling him today, in class. So what do you think. I obliviously need help with the hair, and the eyes aren't perfect either... I also tried out some sub-pixeling didn't like the result much...

Got some suggestions from helm on pixelation tried to aply them to the drawing. 
I played around with the hair some more:

Something about they way the eyelids on the original image have the right 'heavy' quality none of the others do...colors overall have improved.
