Hi and welcome to PJ.
I'm almost certain I sent back the girl (your avatar) because it had a white useless background (now gone). This piece is a bit messy and unpolished but you are new and learning so I think this is acceptable at your current skill. You can go to that art page and scroll to the bottom and press the re-submit since the BG is now gone.
----
Your other piece is really rough and messy in that it shows very little control on the pixel level. I hadn't seen this before but it seems a bit ambitious for a beginner and certainly needs improvement. Please, note that your effort is obvious and I can tell you worked hard enough to be admirable and I'm certain you were happy and proud of it (submitting proves this) but not understanding pixel basics enough the piece suffers from it.
Additionally, the layout of the same image at 2 sizes is bad artistic form. Just use one image. The -+ thingy under the art is for zooming pixelart.
I suggest you read cure's pixelart thread in the resource section, if you have not already done so. Also, its probably better, smarter and more productive if you focus on smaller pieces, like your avatar, so that you can focus on pixelart techniques, forms, shapes, anatomy, etc.

Please do not be discouraged and if pixelart is something you enjoy keep pushing pixels and post here so you can get feedback.

Posting images on the forum is easy. Get yourself something like imgur.com, which is free, to upload your WIPs and then get the link code for the art and hit the tree icon above the comment box and paste the link.
