First of all, what do you think is wrong with it?

The only thing I see that is weird is the shoulder. If the arms are moving, then the shoulder should as well, even if it's only a little bit. South animation has a frame where the shoulders are rigid. The north is even more apparent. Other than that I like what you've done.

Of course that the shirt is outlined in black really makes the shoulders stand out as mentioned. Try the blue from the face before editing to see if it works bette.

What is the blue on the face?

I just added a new color for the shirt and re-done the arms, moved few pixels from shoulders in the animation.

That blue is a tattoo of her face :)

Now critique these animations please and tell me how to make her hairs bounce a bit.

In the first animation, few pixels of her hair disappear during one of the frames.
Also, I don't think relaxed arms can go behind the back like that, at least without big upper body rotation. I tried walking around a bit and it didn't feel very natural. I might be wrong, though.

Okay, I know this is really late but I needed to re-start this topic.

I've been working on the same character's run animation now.

I can't figure out how to make the body look leaning forward and make the north run look like a proper run. Also help me fixing the other run states as well(if you find them bad or wrong).

Fixed the Side run:

I still have to animate the hairs through sub pixelling method though.

The front view has nice curvy hips. The back and side do not.
Maybe the back needs more butt. On the back view the bottom edge of the shirt could be arched up instead of arced down to further help the figure 'match' in the 3 views.

This is the Stance for Battles. I am not happy with the shading of Kampilan Sword and so I am going to remake it.

So critique it and tear it apart for me to make this best :)

She is not holding the sword properly and I think it covers her face too much.
Shouldn't the sword be facing the oposite direction? And if we stick to realism, shouldn't the blade be thinner? Right now looks more like a Dao rather than the sword you stated.
I found these images that could help you, this is how to hold a http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-BVBKY5lc4bE/TdRvn_fCheI/AAAAAAAAD-0/c1Q1PA6HdRM/s1600/how-to-draw-hand-holding-sword.jpg - one handed sword and this for a http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-3Fczd77IAs0/TdRvz0z29NI/AAAAAAAAD-4/6n4d8ai-HUA/s1600/how-to-draw-two-hands-holding-sword.jpg - two handed one .
Also I've been reading about the Kampilan sword and seems to be that it can be holded both ways, if it's two handed one hand would be holding the handle and the other the talisman, leavig only visible guard.

I hope you find this helpful

Damn, I thought I posted already...Well my bad.

Here is the corrected pose(was 2 min work and took me so long to post)...

So does pose look okay now? If so, I'll complete the animation now
