I'm stuck. Something is wrong with this pixel but I totally don't know what.

 

So I'm asking for advice.

I am a beginner really, but..
1) the pipe on the hat looks like it is a part of another picture - it is not connected to him
2) hes right part shall be thinner because he is rotated a bit.
Here is a quick example of what I mean.

I too am a beginner, but I think the monacle blends too much with the surrounding skin. That popped out to me as soon as I saw it. You might want to give the shoes a little bit more depth as they seem a tad flat right now, and the hands could use a little shading. Great work though!

dunno, I think lineart is quite good but something is wrong with colours or shading

Yes, the colors suffer from lack of contrast.  Make the colors more vibrant and popping.  Also, the contrast in the shading needs to be greater.  Try hue shifting (make the deeper tones more purple and the brighter tones more yellow) to make the colors less boring

I know theory but it's hard to me to do this on his brown tailcoat.
