Hello everyone. I am pretty new at pixeling and I was hoping if you guys could give me advice/tips/critique my monster (wip).

Hi Mitty,

Good luck improving! I remember when I was at your level and it took a lot to get where I got now. I recommend you to draw a lot, as much as you can! Try to figure out what makes that some things look good and some things not. Think of every aspect that you could possibly improve in the drawing you just made such as: Pose, colors, light source, angle of view and for each try and figure out how you can improve them.

Your robot has a nice design, but with this drawing quality it is not showing. Go for some lighter colors, higher contrast between the markings on the robot and the purple. Find a nicer angle so it does not look like an all blocky symetric design etc etc.
