Hehe, pretty cool... Kinda reminds me of Zelda My only crit is that the grass could use some more texture instead of just green with some occasional darker pixels... ------------- |

It's actually kind of interesting to see a mockup that is so clean. I agree that some of the tiles could use a little texture, but the crisp tiling has kind of a cool look too. |

nice but as a ds mockup, i would swap the screens round the so top
one is on the bottem and vica versa. cos then u could use the touchscreen for your inventory and any text that would be in the game coloud come up there, but it is just a mockup just a tought. |

haha, well i said i did it a while back... before i knew which one was
the touch screen. funny really. thanks for the crits guys i'll
definitely try to add some more detail on it eventually, it needs it i
think. anyways to post something much more recent:  the two zelda screenshots are my references... this is still very WIP, only started it today, basically trying to make an isometric vesion of a link to the past, been planning to do this for ages and finally had the time. the furniture needs a lot more texture but it should give you an idea of what i'm going for. any crits you have though would be great.  |

Great start, but like you mentioned... there needs to be some work on the wood. Link looks a little different too. Maybe it's the ultra-bright colors. |
