I'm having trouble applying the fund, which by the way is quite complicated, I believe it is the colors, I need certain colors, I am also thinking of applying a mild dithering, estramemente soft, someone help me?

dont dither. you dont need to dither unless you need to stick to a very limited palette.
as for now, you're better using a background color that is actually dark and start building the diferent shades you need from there. if you simplify how many colors you truly see on the picture, you'l figure out pretty easy wich ones you really need. ------------- I ate leel's babies |
