So I decided to do my first sprite which was a drawing of my dog. This one and I was following the instructions of a tutorial I found and I made this. I didn't do the last part of the tutorial which was the anti aliasing because it seemed like the most difficult part of the process, and I would like to have some feedback on how I am doing so far. Thank you for your time.

Nice job so far.
- I think you need to be more consistent in the way you draw the lines. Sometimes you use grey lines, other times you use dark. If you're going to mix, then use grey lines more consistently for bright areas and black lines for dark areas. You're sort of doing it already, but not everywhere.
- The highlights should reflect the texture of the object. This is a puppy, but the shadows and highlights make it look like it's made from plastic, not covered with fur. Try to give hints of fur when applying shade.
-Break every body part into a simple shape. The legs are basically like cylinders, should be shaded like cylinders. Etc.
