So I recently wanted to go onto the task of making myself an icon.
I decided that would include a cat.... which proved to be quite the battle. 
(omg this cat is so ugly, I cannot even.) 
If you can't tell by my horrible shading, I've never shaded anything fuzzy in my life. I tried going for the sleek cat look 
But I do not believe it's even remotely close or reads as sleek. SIGHHH. Any tips or links to tutorials would be epic. |

Changed the chest a little. Added tail and uh redbull... :x |

Its ok. The colors are harsh to me but that's an artistic choice. The back leg could use a bit more defining by darkening the 2nd darkest shade of blue which is hardly noticeable anyhow to better help shape. ------------- |

I normally like using harsher colors, because when I don't I have a tendency to muddle the colors all together. Coloring and color choice is still something I'm learning.
I'm still taking suggestion to improve, because if I submit it to the gallery I really hope it gets accepted. I want to use it as my icon. |
