His jowls look very meaty. It also looks like he's pushing his abdomen out a little in the pose.

Do you have any idea how to fix jowls?

Don't make the gradient push pass the jaw line. That pops out the meatiness.

I tried to give him a little more of a jaw line and also an ear. I also pushed his hips in on his right and dropped them a little on his left so it didn't look too much like he has a big booty. And then squared the shoulders more so it's more like the picture.

Reads well. Viewer's right leg could be 2px longer.

Thanks jtfjtfjtf, looks nice!
I made some changes in pose, and added alternative outfit, maybe just for fun.

Someone has ideas about his face and eyes?

Wow, compared to the concept sketch his shoulders are immense! I dropped it a pixel and made them one pixel narrower too on his left. For the fac, my suggestion is included too. His beard is bigger than on the concept picture in your version!
Left original, right edit

Dont focus to much on giving him eyes the face is a very small location and adding eye balls might take away from the sprite. Many games go without eyes with sprites with small heads, this is why you usually see most pieces with an out of proportion style, Mario,Zelda, and the like.
Look at gun point for example no eyes on the sprites and it looks fine, If you want the head to look a bit better perhaps try a a cast shadow from his hair onto his Forehead.
I tried my hadn at an edit just simple eye brows coudl solve the problem of an empty face but eye ball i do think would break your style
