In the second one, the man should bend his knees at least a little, unless he's skating.

You wanting comments on both?

The top one is fine, except the arms swing in and out a bit too much.  Try to use some foreshortening instead of side to side motions.  In other words, add perspective to the arms to show them sticking out and fading back.

As for the bottom, you have the jist of it, but here is what I would change, personally.  I usually only put the body's up and down motion from the hips up.  The undergarments he's wearing shouldnt follow the same motion.  What they should be doing is following the perspective on the legs, which, since theyre swinging forward and back, should be sticking out and fading back, like the arms.  When the feet swing forward, dont be afraid to show the bottoms of the feet.  Watch your feet in a mirror as you walk toward it, and you'll see what I mean.  Other than that, you might want to clean the lines on the arms a bit, so they dont look so jellified.

Good luck.
