This is an old electronics lab I've been working on a bit. I plan on
extending it out into a series of rooms, perhaps even a multi-floored
building. |

nice, you should try out people and you could have a few scientists in
white coats hanging around looking like they are doing work... i mean umm.. "actualy doing work" cos the middle bit of floor looks a bit empty.... and you could add grafic horror!!!  ... well i think it always
leaves a 'nice' touch |

| Looks good so far. Even though you just copyed and pasted all the chairs. Is there suposed to be the white section by the bottom of the chairs? It looks like it should be another color. |

Thanks for pointing out the error with the chairs, mattz0r. I copy and
pasted them because it's supposed to be an electronics lab where
everything is supposed to be nice and neat. When I walk into the
electronics lab at my college, all the chairs are lined up like that. I
purposely put in one rogue chair, to break the monotony. I'll see what
i can do to add some scientists, but I make no promises on the
goat.

Okay, for the last half hour I have been working on a lab guy and this is the best I can come up with. I know he doesn't look isometric, I have no clue how I would make a person so small look isometric. If anyone has a link to a tutorial to help me learn how to make pixel people, I would greatly appreciate it, as I am in dire need of one; Or if you would like to give suggestions on what I could change/improve on, you are welcome to do so. |

Hmm, perhaps I'll have a room for animal expirements as well. That way
I can include a radioactive hampster, a goat, and what every lab
needs... a full wall of monkeys in cages. Right now I'm just trying to
add enough rooms to put this stuff in, but I'm not sure I'm handling
the cut-away walls well. Here's how it looks so far: |

Okay, I have added caged monkeys and rabbits, as well as a goat and
radioactive hampster. I know it seems odd with the hamster running on a
wheel outside a cage, but I thought a cage/tank would obstruct the view
of the hampster so much at that scale that it would be impossible to
tell what it was. |

yeah, we could always set it up as a scrollable flash application, if anyone is up for creating to app..i wouldbut only just started to learn flash...that way it could be set up into selectable sections too....like the animal lab or monster lab, and with the click of a button --pop-- your there...just a thought ------------- Lets Build "thePA" http://www.thepixelagency.com/">

| i could do that easy if someone suplied me with a floor map, and the actual thing(could end up being a huge thing with tones o rooms, so you could click where you want to go on the map and it shows you the room. |

meh heh heh 1... if we get O_Rama's permision to use this as a colab project he may want it as a personal art thingy. 2... when everyone has finished makeing rooms and the pixeling part of the project is over and there are enougth rooms. 3... then someone has made a small floor plan of all the rooms. cos then all i have to do is bunch em up in flash n code it instead of adding bits here and there n things being added every now and then |

I added another room, sort of a meeting-room/classroom. I'm currently debating wether or not to extend the walls behind the chalkboard at least a little more, and possibly putting up a small bit of wall in the side corners of the room. |

I've completed the rest of the rooms, But I've yet to furnish them and
whatnot. I know one room will be a chemistry room, and that small room
by the electronics lab is the bathroom. Any ideas for the other room? |

Okay, time for another update. I'm starting to run out of ideas, so
it's taking longer to get anything done. I finished the bathroom, added
sort-of a lobby area and put in the requested gas chamber. He has an
