Might go for PC-Engine/Turbografx-16 restricitons. Might try out animation.

(I'll have to make the arms shorter.)

You play as a chipmunk running around spitting seeds and stuff on enemies. They get grossed out and unable to move, or irritated and run away or something I dunno...

I think I'll have to check out some run 'n' gun games for inspiration and ideas. Don't know which ones, though. I really wish I were a gamer at times like these. Welp! Google and MobyGames, here I come!

Is the middle sprite the girl?
If yes then its not that its goofy as much as it read more like an old woman in a burka. Try adding more of a face.

I've changed my mind. But I will try to only use 9-bit RGB. I will add the run cycle as the preview image if I have enough time to finish it. I can't be bothered animating the entire thing.

SpeedyCube, your bubble gun looks great. I can't really give any constructive feedback. Keep it up!

MVegum, great characters and, assuming it's going to be a snowball fighting game, sweet idea! That idea crossed my mind as well.

Minisoniczx, I like the clouds. But if you feel like they need improvement, is there anything in particular you had in mind?

Pretty great stuff so far, everybody!

More progress, refined the clouds, added thunder sketch, darker outline, finished 2 enemies but I feel they need better shading.

Updated the tile. Currently need suggestions on how to improve the lighting of lightning on clouds.
