I want to use this as a skeleton for a character.
im a noob doing this thing, so i use random colors for each part of the body and i still feeling it can be more fluid

If you'r looking for realistic animation... IMO: I'm not a black belt martial artist, but usually the legs aren't moved like that. It looks too exagerated. The hips do a twist, like a 40 degrees angle, but the legs barely move and the knees definitely do not move so much. The hit (or the maximum acceleration) takes place when the hip is almost done; here it looks like it has lost momentum. IMO, again, there's too much leg movement. Look for a reference. Other than that, it looks fluent enough, but nothing is impossible to improve. I would focus on a more realistic movement, fluency is fine.
