Working on a mock-up of a point-and-click story with two detective-types. The portraits are for the dialogue box, the figures are for moving around and such.
One will say to the other, "I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree."
Suggestions on where this conversation takes place are VERY MUCH welcome.

That's what I was thinking. Maybe at a crime scene.
But I'm trying to think of alternatives, too.

In a PUB maybe mm, but it's noisy unless it's a jazz one O: then it fits nicely, or a crime scene in a pub D:

A pub would be nice, but I'd like the characters to remain standing.

Mmm, what about outside of a barber shop, maybe on sunset.

Good suggestions! But I think we're onto something with the street thing. I'm thinking something Bladerunner inspired. Maybe some neon lights, maybe some piping...

And I have an association with a noir composition similar to an old detective film.

But if you add futuristic neon it will be very cool!

First time stippling a piece. This is tough.

Yeah, I'm gonna continue with the stippling, but I'm not a huge fan of how it's turning out. Anyone have some advice on blending colors with existing colors?

Everything seems too smooth, Probably it is necessary to add a little dirt and debris. This can be solved through the transitions between the colors...(fuc...google.. ) I mean Too correct and smooth dithering Not suitable for slum walls

It may be necessary to add

in lighting and shading?

Good note. I'll consider that as I move forward.

Started over with the scene. There is way too much dithering in these, it's time consuming and messy.
Which is just as well, I guess; maybe I can put something together for the weeks challenge
