It is really hard to read and doesn't convey any message. Is that a character standing on a ball, or a really fat guy with green face in a hat, with a mustache, rat's tail and butterfly wings, and in red skirt. Stars(?) don't look like stars either, but more like these powerups from Earthworm Jim. And the blue ball has halo around it for some reason. Although I'm unfamiliar with that Petstop show, so what do I know? Can you explain in plain words what you're wanting to achieve?

Crossover art between petscop and The Little Prince The blue orb was supposed to be a moon-- when I tried making it a sun the little guy was lost in it, and I didn't want to use outlines  But then using the white gradient clashed with the blue sky  The blue moon being probably the biggest source of confusion now that I think of it.  |

consider moving that sun a bit, because it blends with the character's hair. |
