I'm doing a series of portraits inspired by Fire Emblem's character portraits about the characters from the No Room for a Wallflower, a published campaign for Lancer RPG.
These are being made as assets for my TTRPG campaign, mostly to be shared with other GM's playing the same adventure. Also it's a good excuse to practice drawing and pixel art.

This is my first one, and it represents the projection of the AI responsible for taking care of Evergreen, a colony still in development on the planet of Hercynia.

Any tips, feedbacks and critiques about technique, color choice, anatomy or the drawing in general are welcome

It looks good overall. I do think that the white parts in the eye on the right shouldn't be as bright as the left eye. I think the highlight on the philtrum to me looks like it would look more realistic if it was slightly darker.

Thanks Mike!
I tried your suggestions and I think it really got better as a result. Also I went for some rim lights as well, because I felt it could make the silhouette a little bit more readable.

Yeah, I wasn't so happy with that necktie, but had no idea how to fix it. Tried to pick some reference images and I think it's a little better now:
