1) The thumb looks like it has an extra joint, I think because the nail looks like it's lighting. Light should not go there. 2) thumb looks like it is coming out of the fist (thumb is being held by the closed fist. Maybe there shouldn't be shadow near the index finger.
3) Thumb is overlapping the index finger. Rest of it looks good. Just look at the thumb a bit more. |

the Knuckles are too defined, Looks like a deep scar rather then knuckle. ------------- |
