Hello !

I've came back to drawing again.

I've made something like this :

I thought of making more "chibi" like character with bigger head :

Stuggeling with trying new character. Also I'm thinking about the background and conneting more buildings, but the size of the doors or the colors feels pretty off.

It's been a while when I last time touched the pixel art :D

Update of the character :

You can make buildings brighter and less contrast.
Contrast and noisy bg steals attention from the foreground.

I've tried to have fun with the settings in aseprite and boosted the colors + lovering the contrast

I think it looks better, I'll try to work more of the background, but couldn't find a good reference for this type of drawings. I thought of different building at the background but didn't look well.

Someone maybe know what to do to make this background more "reliable" ?

I've tried in post nr 1 but it looked pretty bad at the end. Should I make it smaller or with more details ?
