K, I was satisfied with this, I know the jeans suck but that wasn't of my main concern. I was more focused on the shading which I did alot better this time.
 And heres one that I colored in a few minutes ago.
All credit goes to my friend Ruzz, I change alot from what he did.

Right arm on the top seems too short and the guy has no knee caps.. The second, I like and definitly has potentual. ------------- |

personally i like the musculature of the 1st one better. the second one looks more random and too defined. and why do people allways make the extremely buff people? ------------- ▄▄█ ▄▄█ ▄█▄ ▄█▄ |
