Was hardcoring metroid prime hunters on the DS earlier and decided to make a samus sprite, need to do a bit more detail on the gun arm and the left leg as im not to keen on the dither i did, then im gonna animate the gun to shoot a gunshot but that will be done 2moro as now i am sleepy

Hmm, this isn't a sprite, it's replicated concept/ingame art. PLEASE completely lose all of the dithering! It adds nothing to your piece but unwanted textures and gradients. Find a lightsource, research anti-aliasing, selout... etc. That's all i have to say so far.

indeed, get rid of some texture..too much dither..what's with the pillowshaded shoulder?

Welcome. Too many coloring styles on one piece. Pillowshaded feet, shoulder, face. Inconsistent Dithering. Maybe its time to recolor?

im really bad at the coloring, and i havnt found a tutorial yet that helps on that subject
