That's what I call over AA.
You've over done it to be a thick blurry line.
The purpose of AA is to smoothen a line out.

in my experience, aa either the inside or outside, never both.  i find it usually cancels out each other, then you have a blurry jagged line

Also note that because one aa colour is being used, it is exactly 50% between the line colour and the background colour.
