I've been trying to pixel for a little while, though I never get far befor I just get tired of it and don't bother finishing it. Today I decided to try out Dithering, I actually tried to get a nice pattern going but I got confused ( even the easiest of things confuse me. ) I ended up doing messy Dithering I suspose. Here's what my final product was. I'm very happy with it as it is now. I wanted to actually make it into an ocean with a sun rising but with the space I had I couldn't make it work as well as I wanted so I just tried to blend in 3 colors ( red white blue, all though there isn't too much white, and well to be honest it's just a very very very very light blue shade ) I plan on adding a face in there maybe blended into the colors.  It isn't much to look at I want to start small and work my way up hopefully to bigger pieces and what not. I would love to have tips from you all thank you  |

Welcome to the forums, Sinz.
One of the uses of dithering is too make use of a smaller palette, and smoothen some areas out (although it gives a texture). You currently have 30 colours in that tiny image alone, which is a huge amount if you're trying to practice dithering skills. Start with 2 or 3 colours, and make a smooth transition with dithering between each.
Also, pretend the higher the number, the lighter the shade on this little diagram;
[1 2 3 4 5] - Good [1 2 3 1 5] - Bad
Just to show that if you want a smooth transition, it's best not to jump the colour ramp, or you'll get jaggy marks over the image.
Also, just incase you were confused, the image you've shown isn't 64x64, it's 44x47.
