Hmm i see these areas.
Shadingon the left forearm seems a bit off too.
The watch face wouldn't be that round because it would have to tilt with the arm.
Also the brim of the hat gets thicher as it goes away from the viewer which is kind of bizzare.
The thumbs look smashed and skewed also.
I like it so far however.

The guy looks pretty good, but the colors of the sky and grass are way too saturated in my opinion.

and the left arm needs work. All the rest is great (love the designs on cap and shirt).

The clothing is kind of low contrast compared to the skin. The rays coming from behind the clouds hint at a rear light source, but I'm not really finding that apparent on any part of this piece except his far arm. The grass seems overly detailed  compared to the style of the rest of the piece, and it kind of has a furry look to it. Definetely agree on the saturation issues. Some shadows and highlights on theclouds would be nifty - they have a very flat, paper-cut-out kind of look right now.

I dunno, this is hard to critique cause you're obviously going for a highly stylized look. I think a lot of the things I've pointed out could probably work as is, if they were consistent across the whole piece. I think you've got too many different things going though. The clouds and the sky make me think of the We <3 Katamari box art, the grass makes me think of a silouhette of some 3d hair modifiers, and the guy has a very typical vector traced photo look to it. I'd stick with either the vector trace look of the guy, or the extremely simple stylized look of the sky.

Wow, that looks great.
I don't know about the unforminity of the clouds. maybe one shade on grey with a yellow backlight on the tops to belend with the rays?
