Total colors = 12

Please tell me where I need improvements and adjustments, a big thanks to all the pros out there

I'm having a real hard time telling whats going on in the facial area.  I see an eye, and some hair, but since the purposed direction of the face doesnt match the direction of the feet, it looks quite odd.

The shoulder area lacks as well.  People have shoulders, from which sprout arms.  You might want to add both to this one.

The shading is non-existant.  Unfortunately, a single line of highlight and shade does not constitute shading.   Pick a light source, invision the depth of the material and shade accordingly.

Good luck. :)

Its very confusing, as said. Try making the guy nude first, then dress him to have better structure.

Stinkbug just wants to see nudes. You can forgo the drawing of finer elements if youwish.

Is the new structure any better?

Yes, its looking better.  It didn't take too much of a change, but I can at least tell that it has arms under the cape now. :)

Update :)

Can anyone give me some tips on pixel shading? I couldn't find any good tutorials on it.

-Cheers
