My first piece was rejected... However, I understand why now... So I thought I'd share this piece of info with those who are thinking of entering... You can't make a pixel based upon a pixel by your intended artist for this contest (eg. new images/animations based on one of their pieces). It must be a completely different piece, but in their style... Hope this helps |

Because this time you are supposed to 'fool' members into thinking it was made by another member, make the icon file match theirs too, if they have an icon style. * if you have your own icon style, update it after the challenge is over. ------------- |

I got the big eyes, big head, long arms and legs with small hands and feet, but it doesn't set your style that well...mayby I should try something with much more black and pink.

The second one looks better. It's more polished.
But I think the first one fits better for the contest because it's a better "fake" of another artist than the second one.
And you might afford to drop the 'stache, I don't think it's working. ------------- And now for something completely different... |

Sample 2 of the Rabbit Roadsign: I think some people will wonder if its exocet's style... Well... I see circles and squares. @sausage: grats on figuring out AA, that's something I never actually did heh. @dra-chan: I can totally imagine it like as an exocet's work <3  Redid...well, everything.The head is more 7ish and the body is better, even though far from desirable...but that's the far I could get alone.Haven't decided if I'm going to stick with it or not though.All I know is after the body is decided I'm willing to add a "Frank Miller's Ronin"-ish red "cape" thing. |
