I don't know what an "Evronian" is, but it looks a LOT like Darkwing Duck with shades. It looks good, but I think the lighting could use some work. Light shining on an object allows us to perceive the shape of the object, so to recreate that in pixel form, the location and size of your light tones should form the shapes of the objects they are on. In this case, I'm really not feeling the skull area too much. There really should be more light tones there, and in the proper shape, so that the skullcap looks round. Yes it`s an enemy of PHANTOMIAS(steel duck) from the original comic.
Darkwing Duck is cool also but that`s not Darkwing Duck;) Thanks for the comments i will look what i can do.
