Haha, that movie ruled. The tripods were awesome.

I think you need to give it a shiny metal texture. Animation would be great too.

I'll start criticizing you in a moment. Until then, I'll point out the good things about your creation. From what I've seen of the movie, which is just an advert I saw on flashplayer.com, it looks quite close to the real deal. That pubic hair you added in is a pit disturbing, though. I don't wanna see that! >_<

Okay. Stuff that can be fixed.

First off, those colors used for the metal or whatever it is (alien flesh?) are way, way too saturated. I can't really look it up right now, but I'm guessing they're near the top end of the meter. You need to tone down the saturation a bit and add a midtone color.

The largest problem (which can be fixxed quite easily) is the gray!!!!    you used. As a rule of the tumb, try to avoid zero saturation colors like the plauge unless you have a really good reason to use them.

When you work on this more, keep this in mind: things normally get bluer and more desaturated when they get darker.

The voices told me to tell you to send $100 to George Foreman.
