| Really nice stuff, excellent use of pixel techniques. I would like to see this in some stylistic colours, as far as faults... maybe work some more of the darkest shade onto the top of the head though i'm not sure if that will look appropriate. Definitely change the background colour. |

I see your dilemma with the endless possibilities. While I like pixels that drive you to the only possible solution, its pixels with possibilities I most cherish making. I'll share my way of solving the problem, maybe it'll help. The reason one usually gets to a point this way is because the image is good and well pixelled but is calling for something and the mind wanders. The solution is usually simple. On this I would think something like introducing 'rust' may just add the layer of warmth needed. Or very muted colored cyber eye. I take it that the BG is WIP, ------------- |

I rather like the bottom version but not the color on the lips. Those I would leave in the greys. Or maybe just a hint of the red in the opening and greying as it comes out. So that the inside is colored only like all the other things with color which are inside, eyes and tubes. The tubes turn grey as the get faether from the inside of the head. Lips like that. That's hard to explain, jeez :/ The eye thats green if it had a subtle animation of a broken/faulty scanner type of thing would really rock. Say scanning left to right but with glitches so that it can add secondary lighting to all the bumps on the skin as it sweeps side to side, but subtle. ------------- |

Now that ive seen the gray version....i kind of like it better. BUT only cause it has greater depth so it looks a bit more realistic.
Setz's recolor also keeps the depth. |
